The Smith Center boasts 3,100 sq. ft. of flexible meeting & event space including 9 meeting rooms, 1,116 sq. ft. of pre-function space, an outdoor patio, and a covered pavilion on over 400 acres.

Indoor Meeting Space

Our indoor meeting space is located within the Smith Conference Center & the Grafton Center, both within a short walking distance of eachother.  

• The Smith Center Ballroom: Located in the Smith Conference Center, the ballroom totals 3,183 sq. ft. and can be divided into three flexible spaces. 

• Elks Boardroom:  Located in the Grafton Center, the Elks Boardroom totals 2,200 sq. ft. with a maximum occupancy of 167 people. 

• Lake Boardroom & Marion Boardroom: Located in the Grafton Center, Lake & Marion Boardroom can each be set for a conference of up to 12 people.  

• Gymnasium:  Located in the Grafton Center, the gymnasium is a large space, perfect for large meetings or presentations.  

• Lake View Patio:  The Lake View Patio is a flexible meeting space that can be divided into three flexible spaces.
